National Telemedia Council (NTC). Curricula Design for 60th Anniversary Online Activities. Consulted and supervised curricula design of international online and in-room activities for the 60th anniversary of NTC with seven countries.

Cornerstone Literacy Project.
This project involved educator representatives from Cornerstone’s network of schools on the east coast. It provided new ideas and insights for creating effective focus groups and professional development workshops via synchronous and blended technologies. The training sessions were taught via videoconferencing, and culminated in short videoconference modules created by participants for presentation and critique.

Training Model Development for Education, Government, Non-Profits, and Business and Industry. This “7 Keys to Success” training model helped statewide, national, and international clients learn how to select appropriate technologies and create effective instructional materials and evaluation methods for teaching via synchronous and blended technologies.

Annual National Certificate Workshop.
Working with national participants from the Distance Learning Certificate Program, this yearly workshop project “Developing Learner-Centered/Interactive Strategies for Videoconferencing, Webconferencing, and Blended Technologies” led participants through the fundamentals of adapting materials for synchronous and blended technologies, using the “7 Keys to Success” model. It also looked at the critical concept of “creating presence.”
